This dish (
Ginger-Marinated Bulgogi-Style Chicken) represents Ed's cooking at it's best.
Unusual ingredients, 2 1/2 hr prep time (mostly marinating), and lovely plating presentation (yummy
kimchi and cucumber) make for both a palate pleasing and visually pleasing dinner.
This is definitely a dish that requires a little
pre-planning b/c of the marinating time, so save it for the weekend or prep the chicken the night before.
