The tomato-ey dishes I've made for dinner the last two nights
Tomato and Avocado Salad
(recipe below)
(2 servings: 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, one avocado, 1 1/2 tbl red wine vinegar, 2 tbl olive oil, red onion, salt and pepper to taste)
