Turkey Chili


There are 3 really great things about turkey chili: (1) it's virtually impossibly to screw it up, (2) you can toss whatever you like in it (I added red bell peppers), and (3) leftovers are great for lunch.

Yesterday, I spiced up some leftover chili with a little chipotle powder, sour cream, and avocado.  Delicious!

Tip: if your chili seems a little too liquidy after the prescribed cooking time is up - let it simmer uncovered until it reaches your desired consistency.

  1. have you had Trader Joe's veggie chili in a can? It's so yummy. And healthy. I'm too lazy to make chili, personally.

  3. @ Leigh. Nope - I haven't tried it, but will have to check it out. And - making chili is easy! All you have to do is throw stuff together.
