Grilled Jicama, Radishes, Scallions, and Chicken with Asian Style Chimichurri





This dish is fresh, colorful, and delicious w/an array of flavors thanks to the chimichurri sauce and the vegetable accompaniments.

Half-way through the meal Ed decided he doesn't like grilled jicama - so this may be it's one and only appearance on my blog.
