Malaysian Tamarind Shrimp


One of the best things about this recipe, for Malaysian Tamarind Shrimp, is that you can make the sweet/tart/spicy sauce in advance, which can cut your weeknight meal prep time down to a few easy minutes.

Another great thing about this dish - it tastes divine.

Note:  Find tamarind pods at your local Asian, Mexican, or Indian market.
