As many of you are aware, Ed has been on a quest to find/make the perfect pizza dough.
Until last night, he had been met with varying degrees of failure - but I am happy to report that he has finally succeeded!
The crust on the pizza pictured above (Sun-Dried Tomato and Arugula Pizza) was thin, light, flavorful, and wonderfully crispy.
Of course, as in all great quests there was a casualty.
Ed cut his thumb drying a wine glass, but still managed to make our pizzas before we headed to the ER. 4 hours later, he had 6 stitches.
poor ed! he suffers for his art.
ReplyDeletethe funny thing is - he HAD to finish dinner before going to the ER...it took him two hours to tell me that he thought he needed stitches
ReplyDeleteNice bandage job Cal! I guess you have a little experience from when you cut your finger w/a knife.
ReplyDeleteEd, tough as nails! It's just a thumb....
@ Lis - yep, we've both suffered for our art :)
