Shiitake and Swiss Chard Soup w/Hand Cut Noodles





I've been a little pitiful lately.

I came back from vacation with a jaw issue, and the dentist put me on muscle relaxers and soft food for two weeks.

The only bright spot in this whole situation is that Ed feels sorry for me, and has been whipping up lots of soups, pastas, and egg based dishes.

The dish above, Shiitake and Swiss Chard Soup w/Hand Cut Noodles, was spicy, flavorful, and perked up my spirits.  Nothing says "I love you (even though you can't open your mouth more than 1.5 inches)" like hand made, hand cut noodles.
