Roast Chicken Salad
The growth of Tilikum's popularity has been pretty heartening.
When it first opened Ed and I would pop over for a weekday dinner - and we'd be the only customers, which is a good thing when you want the primo table by the window, but bad if you want the resturaunt to still be in business the next time you drop in.
A review in the Seattle Times a year or so ago really turned the tide for Tilikum (check it out here).
When we popped in for brunch this past Sunday morning, the place was packed and we were lucky to get a table. Our waiter told us now-a-days making a reservation is probably a smart thing. Ch-ch-changes.
